I've both piloted a plane on a test flight and went sky diving and I can say that 1, if you don't know what your doing in either situation it's better to not do it at all cause you could die. Don't assume that just cause you have a parachute you know what you're doing and can just jump from a plane, you can't you have to have done tandem jumps with an instructor first then graduated to doing it alone with them holding your hands but you landing on you're own to know how to do it safely. Also 2, even though taking off in a plane might be easy for a first timer, you don't get to land the plane yourself till you've been in flight school for a few years. It's dangerous and not easy. I wasn't able to land the plane only take off and that was with a qualified pilot beside me and he was the one who told me this. So I don't think George knew what he was doing so yes Louise was right. Though I do understand his desire to fly it's incredible.
